Bass, among others is seeking a Sample Coordinator to join it's team based in New York City.

Responsibilities

● Main contact for sample coordination in studio
● Manage merchandise samples. Responsible for checking-in, cross referencing shot list,
un-tagging and organizing samples for every photo shoot
● Maintain knowledge of location and status of samples at any given time throughout the
studio production process
● Manage the return of samples following photo shoot in an organized way with proper
labeling and protected for safe transport
● Support photo team and studio manager to ensure all samples are staged for shoots
● Works with cross functional partners, merchants, producers, merchandise coordinators,
and studio manager to ensure all samples arrive in a timely manner
● Collaborate with photo team, studio manager & producers to develop an organized
sample flow through the studio
● Resolve sample issues through timely communication and status updates to all partners
● Handle all inbound and outbound samples for the studio
● Performs additional duties and errands as assigned by studio team

Qualifications

● 2-3 year's experience in a creative environment, photo studio preferred
● Microsoft & Google Suite (Excel, Word, Google Docs)
● Excellent planning and organizational skills
● Attention to detail
● Adaptive to change and tight deadlines
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities
● Enthusiastic team player
