Bass, among others is seeking a Photo Studio Manager to join it's team based in New York City.

Responsibilities

● Own day-to-day studio planning for GIII’s new photo studio
● Ensure projects are continuously flowing through the studio, and the studio is efficiently
maximizing time for optimal production
● Manage photo shoot calendar and align dates cross functionally
● Help manage photo studio budget including the execution and tracking of all invoices
● Review studio/production time schedules and estimates where needed
● Implement solutions to drive production costs down while increasing production volume
● Drive the production workflow in the studio that ultimately elevates the production output
● Manage all aspects of the photo studio and photo studio production including
Ecommerce, Editorial and Still photography
● Staff studios in alignment with Art Directors and Production
● Understanding of product photography principles and product styling is a plus
● Develop, compose and send out weekly/monthly photo studio usage reports

Qualifications

● Efficient verbal and written communication skills
● Deep understanding of the creative process with a knack for assessing what’s necessary
to accomplish various types of projects
● Strong project management skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
● Motivated by an extremely collaborative and fast-moving environment
● Sound judgment, discretion and decision-making skills
● Must be able to multitask
● Must have ability to operate independently while establishing strong work relationships
with co-workers and cross functional teams
● Must be able to meet deadlines and work long hours if needed
● High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (excel) & Google Suite
● Pre-production supervision experience
● Experience with e-commerce photo shoots
● Previous experience in a similar role with a fashion brand is a plus
