Bass, among others, is seeking a Receptionist to join it's team based in New York City!

• Assist visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately
• Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed
• Receive and sort daily mail
• Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings as needed
• Additional duties include filing, photocopying, and faxing

• Previous experience a plus, but not required
• Highly organized, team player with the ability to multitask
• Help enter orders when necessary
