    GIII Apparel Group is currently seeking a Market Research Analyst to join its team based in New York City! 

    Responsibilities

    Market Research Analyst, New York City - Conduct research and collect data on markets, products and price levels to analyze market conditions within the apparel industry with regard to women’s ready-to-wear fashion apparel. Devise market surveys, methods and procedures for collecting data on customer preferences, needs and trends. Provide in-depth analysis to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Compile and study collected data to assess customer satisfaction, track sales trends and identify the need for new products and markets. Provide business development support and relationship outreach activities to business partners and customers. Create proposals for sales, sourcing and marketing plans incorporating new strategies and methods for market penetration. Position requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or psychology plus two years in the job offered or two years of market research and analysis experience involving women’s ready-to wear fashion apparel.
