    GIII Apparel Group is currently seeking a Temporary Benefits Analyst to join its team based in New York City!



    • Conduct new hire benefits orientation for US corporate offices
    • Run reports and process benefits related invoices for payment, review accuracy and reconcile discrepancies
    • Input all benefits data into HRIS/benefits systems and verify accuracy
    • Liaison with Payroll Dept. and submit all benefits changes
    • Educate employees and serve as subject matter expert for medical, dental, vision, transit, and voluntary benefits
    • Update benefits communications and materials for annual Open Enrollment
    • Maintain Leave of Absence records and process with third party FMLA/Disability carriers
    • Understanding of benefits laws: HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, IRS, DOL, ERISA regulations
    • Interface with insurance carriers to resolve claim issues; respond to employee benefits inquiries


    • ADP experience preferred
    • Understanding of data fields, reporting, and file connectivity to benefits vendors
    • Process employee benefits data management: new hires, status changes, terminations, leave of absences, etc.


    • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects as needed
    • Excel experience required


    • 3-5 years of reporting/data analysis desirable
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Solid knowledge of employee benefits
    • Previous knowledge of ADP required
    • Ability to organize and review large sums of data
    • Demonstrate high level of accuracy
    • Ability to multitask
    • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to departmental needs
