    GIII Apparel Group is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join its team based in New York City!


    • Assist with the daily sorting of approved inventory invoices
    • Data entry of invoices into JD Edwards Enterprise One, will train if software unfamiliar
    • Code and process airfreight bills when needed
    • Assist with invoice inquiries
    • Make copies of select invoices for the Accounting Department and/or auditors when needed
    • Assist in filing when necessary


    • Must have strong work ethics
    • Must be detail oriented, reliable and have a professional attitude at all times
    • Must be self-motivated and display initiative
    • Must be able to work well independently within a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment 
    • Knowledge of MS Office applications with emphasis on MS Excel a plus
    • Experience in AS400 – ACS inventory systems or similar a plus but not required
    • Experience in Oracle ERP systems - JD Edwards Enterprise One preferred, but not required
