    GIII Apparel Group is currently seeking a Production Manager to join it's Donna Karan team based in New York City!

    Responsibilities

    • Costing Charts Creation and Maintenance
    • Maintain Pre-costing by coordinating information from the Design, Textile, Trim, CAD and factory quotes.
    • Working with the factories to get all costing charts and breakdowns
    • Analyzing costing charts
    • Review final FOB confirmations for accuracy
    • Maintaining a file of all cost sheets and factory quotes, updating as revisions occur.
    • Provide manager with updated Pre-costing summary reports.
    • Style master Creation & Maintenance
    • Buy Charts Creation and Maintenance
    • Organize Buy Charts meetings
    • Changes after buy meetings - Running Change email
    • PO issuance
    • PO Extractions
    • PO updates (Prices/ Deliveries) once approved by the manager
    • Open orders clean up
    • Ticket ordering
    • TOPS/ PHOTO SHOOT
    • Packing including Cartons, RFID, UPC, Poly bag layouts approvals
    • Care label and testing approvals   

    Qualifications

    • Negotiating skills
    • Minimum 2 years experience
    • Previous knowledge of ACS/AS400 preferred
    • PLM
    • PC proficient
